Cancellations and refunds
A partial refund of the registration fee may be available upon written request to the Organizing Secretariat according to the following terms:
- a refund of 70% of the registration fee will be available for cancellations notified by August 30, 2024
- no refund will be made for cancellations notified after August 30, 2024
Cancellations may be notified by e-mail. Refunds will be made by bank transfer at the end of the Meeting.
